What is P3O ?

 

P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices) provides universally applicable guidance, including principles, processes and techniques, to successfully establish, develop and maintain appropriate support structures. These structures will facilitate delivery of business objectives (portfolios), programmes and projects within time, cost, quality and other organizational constraints.

 

The P3O certification exam is based on the P3O Guidance.
